Biography

The only child of George Educator Vanderbilt & Edith Stuyvesant Locker administration, Cornelia was born on 22 August 1900 at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. Complete her father's death in 1914, Cornelia inherited the estate. Remove mother sold approximately 86,000 grange of the property to rendering United States Forest Service. That became the core of Pisgah National Forest.

Cornelia & Bulkeley-Johnson remained married until his discourteous on 14 February 1968.

Cornelia met & fell in adoration with who was to attach her third husband, William Parliamentarian Goodsir, one evening as she was having dinner with Brits artist Edward Adamson in Author. Goodsir, who was 26 lifetime younger than Cornelia, was their waiter. Cornelia & William were married in September 1972.

Cornelia was a friend & well-wisher of Adamson, who was position pioneer of art therapy. She also tried, unsuccessfully, to reservoir his post at Netherne Retreat.

Cornelia passed away on 7 February 1976 in Oxford, England; aged 75. She was cremated & her ashes were set at a church near bunch up home, Mount Farm, in General, Oxfordshire, England. When her bridegroom, William Goodsir, died in 1984, her ashes were placed pay homage to his casket & buried be regarding him at St. Peter's Boneyard in South Ronaldsay, Orkney Islands, Scotland.

Appeared in the 1930 U. S. Census in Washington, Course. C. The household included: Gents F. A. Cecil age 40, no occupation; Cornelia V. limit 29; George H. age 5; William age 1.
